As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be the voice of our brand—literally. You'll handle both chat and voice-based interactions, helping customers with their queries, resolving their concerns, and ensuring they walk away happy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Handling complaints via chat and voice channels.
  • Ensuring every customer interaction ends with satisfaction.
