📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle assigned customer calls and ensure timely resolution.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
• Build a foundational understanding of interrelated processes.
• Proactively assist in resolving pending issues or transactions.
• Escalate concerns to supervisors when service timelines are at risk.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.)
Experience:
    0–6 months in a service-oriented role (voice or written support)
    Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple software tools

Communication:

Strong verbal and written English communication skills Confident, clear, and customer-friendly tone

Soft Skills:

Strong interpersonal and leadership potential Public speaking or customer-facing experience is a plus Quick learner, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset

All selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive orientation and process training program. You’ll receive the support and knowledge needed to succeed, and must demonstrate proficiency before transitioning to the live environment.
