🎯 Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager (Pre-Sales), you will be the voice of NoBroker, helping customers navigate their property needs. Your main goal is to connect potential homebuyers or tenants with verified property options by understanding their needs and encouraging them to book site visits.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- 📞 Connect with interested customers via phone and understand their property requirements.
- 🏘️ Match customers with suitable projects and generate interest in site visits.
- 📆 Schedule property visits and collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-up.
- ❓ Handle queries, offer solutions, and resolve objections with empathy and confidence.
- 🎯 Meet and exceed weekly and monthly target metrics (calls, visits, conversions).
- 🔁 Follow-up on warm leads and nurture customer relationships for long-term value.
- 🤝 Ensure a seamless and professional customer experience throughout the process.
✅ Requirements
- 💬 Excellent communication skills in English + Local language.
- 🧠 Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
- 🎓 Educational background not a barrier – your attitude and skills matter more.
- 💼 Previous experience in Telesales, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or BPO is a plus.
- 🏙️ Basic knowledge of locality/geography and housing preferences.
- 🕹️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
