💼 About the Role – Administrator (BXT Team):

We’re looking for motivated individuals who care about helping others and want to make a difference every day. As a Benefits Administrator in the My HR – Benefits Experience & Technology (BXT) team, you’ll support Amazon employees by providing accurate, timely, and empathetic responses to benefit-related queries through phone, chat, and ticketing systems.

This isn’t just a support role — it’s a trusted human connection in a complex system.

🔑 Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing support for employee benefits (Health & Wellness, Life Insurance, Retirement, Amazon-sponsored perks, and stock).
  • Being the go-to expert and resolving issues with ownership and empathy.
  • Escalating complex issues to Tier-2 when needed — but only after trying your best to help.
  • Staying organized and juggling multiple priorities with ease.
  • Taking initiative to make judgment calls and help employees feel valued.

📚 What We’re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 0 to 10+ years of experience in customer service, contact centers, or HR support
  • Graduate in any stream (Human Resources or Business Administration preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal + written)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues independently
  • Must have internet speed of 50–100 Mbps before joining
