What You’ll Do
- Assist Customers, Drivers, and Partners – Handle inquiries from customers, delivery drivers, shippers, and delivery partners.
- Resolve Issues – Troubleshoot technical or order-related problems via phone, chat, and email.
- Gather Information – Collect and document customer feedback to prevent potential issues.
- Problem Solve – Identify recurring issues and proactively provide solutions.
- Deliver Outstanding Service – Ensure every interaction leaves the customer satisfied and supported.
