🔹 Managerial Duties:
- Act as a brand ambassador for Tata ClassEdge, building trust and credibility with school management and educators.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in education technology and market developments.
- Identify potential business opportunities—both from existing clients and new prospects.
- Uphold and promote the company's values, ethics, and operating procedures.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, or other digital channels to generate leads.
- Present engaging product demos to school decision-makers and follow up for conversions.
- Prepare proposals, close deals, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and share regular reports with your reporting manager.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet assigned targets, in coordination with your team lead.
- Foster long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups, virtual meetings, or calls.
- Collect feedback and insights from the field to help improve services and negotiate effectively.
